Week 11

Today we worked on our presentation, although I had already written some of mine last night, we firmed up who was speaking about what and began work.

I took notes for everyone, Andrea decided to have fairly basic bullet points but as we were doing the presentation on open wonderland myself, James and Ross went for more comprehensive notes.

We sat as a group and worked together making sure that everything we could think of was covered, I also had the presentation open in the background and added more slides as necessary.

For some reason, after two hours of working the document didn't save which almost had me in tears, however we picked ourselves up and started work again, thankfully we remembered most of what had been said I think in the long run the second lot of notes was more comprehensive than the first.

PM- On tuesday night Team Baron met on open wonderland but were plagued with issues, myself, connecting was fine, and I could communicate with Ross, but he kept disconnecting, Andrea had very bad lag and James couldn't even connect.

I suggested we download skype for a group meeting on there which we all did, we had an audio meeting on there, discussed a couple of points but due to lag it again was difficult to communicate. I decided we should all be in at 9am the next morning so we could practise our talk.

Before going to bed, I practised reading out all of the talk and timed it, it took around 13 minutes so I know we had some time to fill.
